For every event, we prepare a personalized document for the team. This ensures everyone has all the details they need to be fully prepared and get started quickly. To create it, we’ll need the following information from you:

• a contact person present at the event, including telephone number
• The meeting place: where does the team gather? The more specific, the better.
• Parking instructions: Is there crew parking? Is a code or parking ticket required?
• Clothing instructions: what is provided (by you or by Tweepuntnul) and what do they need to provide themselves?
• Food and drink arrangements: will meals be provided, or should they come prepared?
• the flow of the event: a script is always welcome
• preparatory information: websites, background information, or names/faces that they should know in advance

With this information, we ensure that the team is well prepared, confident, and completely ready for your event.
